I ordered a couple of aftermarket parts from hkparts, and the shipping was fine from what I remember. The parts fit okay, nothing too difficult there. But one of them failed quickly, I can’t remember if it was after a few days or maybe a week or two, but it definitely felt sooner than it should have. Overall, the order process was alright, but I wasn’t too impressed with the reliability.

They kept me updtaed enough through the whole thing, which I really appreciated. Nothing over the top, but I always had a decent idea of what was going on, so no complaints from me

The quality was kind of all over the place. A few parts felt solid and fit just fine, but one piece had rough edges and made me wonder if it slipped through quality control or something. It’s not awful, but for the price I expected a bit more consistency. I’d call it average, though I’m a little suspicious about how well it’ll hold up over time.

Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me it was kind of a hassle. The site itself isn’t terrible, but the return policy definitely made me pause. I’d say just double-check that it’s exactly the part you need before placing the order.

Nothing too fancy, but in a good way, it was simple and hassle-free. I also got my order confirmation right away, which was nice.

The parts themselves were totally fine and worked as expected, but the shipping cost kind of ruined the experience for me. It wasn’t very clear upfront what I was going to end up paying, which was annoying. I don’t mind paying for shipping, but I’d rather know the full cost before getting surprised at checkout.

I ordered a couple of parts from HK Parts and, the shipping was really fast. I’m sure it went out the next day, or at least super close to it.

The tracking updated like it should, and the box actually showed up earlier than I figured it would. Nothing fancy or over the top, but it got here quick and was packed just fine.
I’m only holding back from giving 5 stars because the checkout and emails felt a little basic, but the shipping speed was definitely solid.

The parts arrived without any issues, so that part was fine. But once I started trying to install everything, I was kind of confused. The instructions were really vague, and I kept wondering if I was missing a page or something. I ended up digging through forums just to figure out the basic steps. I also reached out to support, but their answer didn’t really clear things up, which made the whole thing frustrating quickly.

I ordered because the item said it was in stock, but after I paid, I was told it was backordered. Maybe I missed some fine print somewhere, but I really thought it was available when I checked out. Frustrating.

I get that used parts aren’t going to be perfect, but this felt like some of the condition was left out when it was listed. Maybe they still work, but I expected better. I won’t be ordering again.

I always compare prices before buying, and this site was cheaper than a few others I looked at. The shipping cost was a little more than I hoped, but even with that added in, it still felt like a fair deal

By the time it finally got sorted out, I was already annoyed and had wasted more time than the item was even worth. I definitely won’t be using hkparts.net again for exchanges...
